Our primary focus and infrastructure is in Vietnam — we have offices and warehouses in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. We also work with suppliers in China, Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries, using our Vietnam infrastructure as the main hub for consolidation and quality control.

We conduct pre-shipment inspection at the factory or at our warehouse in Vietnam before cargo leaves Asia. Our team checks quantities, product quality, labeling, packing and documentation. You receive a detailed QC report with photos before the shipment is approved and shipped.

Transit times depend on the shipping method and route. Sea freight (container) from Vietnam to Russia typically takes 35-50 days. Rail is 20-30 days. Air freight is 5-10 days. We select the optimal route based on your timeline and budget requirements.
